1. Before attending the Southern Bead Retreat you must be proficient in peyote, right angle weave and ndebelle. We recommend you have completed at least two projects in each before the retreat. If you need tutoring please contact your local bead store or sign up for primer classes at The Beadcage. The basic stitches will not be taught at the retreat.

2. You may pay in full now and your position will be secure. We offer a second option of paying 1/2 now ($600) and 1/2 ($600) prior to February 20, 2008. If we have not received your second payment in full by February 20, 2008 we will call you at the numbers you have provided twice and email you twice. If we have not received your payment with an additional $40 late fee within 14 days (March 5, 2008) will we return $400 of you down payment to you and you will have lost your spot. We will then accept the next person on the waiting list. We recommend that those paying 1/2 now provide adequate contact information.

3. Your formal dinner event is included in the Southern Bead Retreat registration fee. We encourage you to bring one guest. There is an additional dinner fee, which represents a discounted rate, of $60 for that person. You may pay in full and add this $60 with your initial registration or before July 1, 2008. We may not be able to accommodate guests trying to make arrangements at the event.

4. I understand that the hotel room at the Chateau is not included in the price of the retreat and can be obtained at an additional cost. I understand that if I want a room for this event I will have to make these arrangements on my own by calling 1-800-233-9463 or by visiting www.chateauelan.com. Best Bead Retreat and the Southern Bead Retreat recommends that even through you may not stay at this hotel for the retreat, you should consider getting a room for the night of the formal dinner event as alcohol will be served and it will be a late evening.
