Second Annual Southern Bead Retreat - Sherry Serafini, Cynthia Rutledge, Diane Fitzgerald, Laura McCabe & Huib Petersen - August 15th - 21st, 2010 - Callaway Gardens

1. Before attending the Southern Bead Retreat you must be proficient in peyote, right angle weave. We recommend you have completed at least two projects in each before the retreat. If you need tutoring please contact your local bead store or sign up for primer classes at The Beadcage. The basic stitches will not be taught at the retreat.

2. Payment Options:

a. $1,200 - One time fee

(Credit cards will automatically be billed for Options b & c, unless we are notified otherwise.)
For those paying installments, it is highly recommended to provide adequate contact information.

3. Cancellation Fees:

a. If you cancel 6(+) months prior to - 90% Refund
b. If you cancel between 3 months and 6 months prior to - 75% Refund
c. If you cancel between 1 month and 3 months prior to - 50% Refund
d. If you cancel 30 days or sooner prior to - 0% Refund (instructions for each project at the retreat will be mailed)

4. I understand that the lodging at the Callaway Gardens is not included in the price of the retreat and can be obtained at an additional cost. I understand that if I want a room for this event I will have to make these arrangements on my own by calling 1-800-CALLAWAY or by visiting www.callawaygardens.com.
