Tuesday Oct 21st

12:00pm - 4:00pm: Check in and pick up your agendas at the Southern Bead Retreat table in the lobby of Chateau Elan.
5:00pm - 6:00pm: Meet and greet the instructors in the Eiffel Tower room.

Wednesday Oct 22nd

6:30am: Breakfast at the hotel starts for those who are guests of Chateau Elan. (As included in accomodations or on your own)
8:30am - 11:30am: First class begins, please be prompt.
11:30am -1:00pm: Lunch will be catered on the patio overlooking the pool, enjoy the lovely fall air, and beautiful scenery while chatting with other beaders. Also The Beadcage showroom will be open for shopping.
1:00pm - 4:00pm: Class continues.
4:00pm - 5:00pm: Shopping at The Beadcage Showroom.

Thursday Oct 23rd

6:30am: Breakfast at the hotel starts for those who are guests of Chateau Elan. (As included in accomodations or on your own)
8:30am - 11:30am: First class begins, please be prompt.
11:30am -1:00pm: Lunch will be catered on the patio overlooking the pool, enjoy the lovely fall air, and beautiful scenery while chatting with other beaders. Also The Beadcage showroom will be open for shopping.

Friday Oct 24th

6:30am: Breakfast at the hotel starts for those who are guests of Chateau Elan. (As included in accomodations or on your own)
8:30am - 11:30am: First class begins, please be prompt.
No lunch served this day.
11:30am - 12:30pm: Shopping at The Beadcage Showroom.
1:00pm - 4:00pm: Swarovski Crystal Components have been gracious enough to donate a wonderful afternoon class on properly gluing stones. They are donating their time and a kit to all Southern Bead Retreat participants. It is not required you come to this class, but if you do so, it is no charge.
4:00pm - 6:30pm: Enjoy the grounds, take a tour, or a walk on the walking tails, visit the spa, or just relax. Please remember to book spa appointments early.
6:30pm - 8:00pm: Cocktail hour.
8:00pm: We will sit down to a formal dinner, at the end of dinner we will have a fashion show and model our jewelry worn that night. Please wear something spectacular for everyone to see!

Saturday Oct 25
