Sunday Aug 15th

10:00am - 3:00pm: Check in and pick up your agendas at the Southern Bead Retreat table in the lobby.
Each guest checking in receives a goodie bag from our sponsor The Beadcage.
3:00pm - 4:30pm: BONUS CLASS - Taught by Margie Deebs, Don't forget to bring your books for her to sign. 6:00pm - 8:00pm: Champagne Meet and greet with the instructors..



The next 6 days you will have 1 full day with each instructor. On one of the six days you will have a one day field trip (transportation provided) to The Beadcage and out to lunch on us.
(times and agendas may change before the start of the retreat)

We will be having a formal dinner, and at the end of dinner we will have a fashion show and model our jewelry worn that night. Please wear something spectacular for everyone to see!

We will also have a homeroom set up so you can go relax and bead and converse with other students. The homeroom will be open 24 hours a day.

Monday Aug 16th

7:30am: Breakfast at the hotel starts for those who are guests of Callaway Gardens.
9:30am - 12:30am: First class begins, please be prompt.
12:30am -2:00pm: Lunch will be served. Also The Beadcage showroom will be open for shopping.
2:00pm - 5:00pm: Class continues.
5:00pm - 6:00pm: Shopping at The Beadcage Showroom.

Tuesday Aug 17th

7:30am: Breakfast at the hotel starts for those who are guests of Callaway Gardens.
9:30am - 12:30am: First class begins, please be prompt.
12:30am -2:00pm: Lunch will be served. Also The Beadcage showroom will be open for shopping.
2:00pm - 5:00pm: Class continues.

Wednesday Aug 18th
